Welcome to Eassy Life ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

1. Services

We offer web development, social media marketing, digital/performance marketing, software development, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in project proposals or Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Client Obligations

Provide timely access to information, accounts, and approvals.
Ensure you have rights to all assets/content supplied to us.
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

3. Fees & Payments

Prices are as quoted in proposals/SOW and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Invoices are due as per terms (e.g., 50% advance, 50% on delivery) unless stated otherwise.
Late payments may pause work and attract charges as permitted by law.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each deliverable includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the SOW. Work outside scope will be quoted separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables are assigned to you, excluding third‑party materials, pre‑existing tools, or open-source components which remain governed by their licenses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential, except as required by law.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected services in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate upon material breach with a 10‑day cure period. Fees for work completed to date remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.
